Entry requirements:

As with the majority of our aesthetics courses; if you do not have the specified medical qualifications then entry to this course is NVQ Level 3 in beauty therapy (electricals) or an equivalent course. However, due to this being an advanced course, delegates must have previously completed training in our basic Anti wrinkle course.  If you don’t hold an NVQ Level 3 but do have other qualifications that are directly related to this area of work, particularly if you work with needles, then please do contact us to see if we will accept your qualification as a pre-requisite for enrolment onto our qualification.

Course Overview:

The Advanced course will assist students in developing a much deeper knowledgable input into the field of Anti wrinkle procedures and will equip those with the practical skills required to enhance their treatment list to cover more advanced areas of the face and body.

The course is separated into two sections.  Section one is theory based and will involve working through a booklet provided by us and covers specific modules.

After each module, you will be required to answer 2 or 3 questions on the subject matter. Depending on your time invested, this segment should take no more than 6-9 guided learning hours.  We will provide the work booklet to students to complete and return to us for marking by email.

The second segment is the practical side; this involves a 1-day practical training at our training centre, which is usually the first Monday of every month.  This involves a presentation covering all the information from the theoretical workbook, a question and answer session and then the remainder of the day will be practical work on models on all specified areas of the face and body.  This will be overseen by our fully accredited and trained teachers and experienced aesthetics practitioners.  Uniform and lunch will be provided for all delegates.

One you have completed the course, we will provide everything you need for you to begin your aesthetics practice immediately.  This includes certificates from us, an official CPD certificate including professional development hours, details of insurance, prescriber service, pharmacy registration and PDF formats of consultation, medical history, and consent forms.  This will ensure you are fully equipped to start your practice from the moment you complete the course.
