Cancellation Policy

Are deposits for courses refundable if I change my mind? Unfortunately due to certification costs Deposits paid for courses are non-refundable. In the event of cancelation we also would need to pay staff to attend to carry out treatments on your booked models.

What happens to funds paid for a course if I don’t turn up or cancel?

Funds for a course (deposit and/or full course funds) will not be refundable and course dates will not be transferable. Please note that we hold course spaces for students and if they do not attend or cancel we loose out on a full course cost. If your full course balance has not been paid yet and you do not attend, please note that we may contact you via legal representatives to retrieve any costs incurred. If you wish to book a new date after this we would ask you to make payment in full before reserving any future bookings.

If for any reason you do not attend due to medical reasons, you MUST provide proof of medical when requested and we may offer to put you on a cancelation list for an alternative course date for the same course only, however this will not be refundable due to company loses. We will only consider offering you a place on our cancelation list if we are provided of proof that medical reasons prevented you from attending your booked dates.

Cancelling due to covid-19 If you are unable to attend due to covid, we will only reschedule your course with an emailed PCR Certificate with name and date of birth present along with Photo ID. This must show your test was positive within 3 days of your course date.
